NQA-1 Quality Program:

CTI has a mature quality program that has passed numerous vendor audits, including EFCOG. We are constantly upgrading our program to meet the demands of the nuclear customers. We have a CWI on staff.

HUBZone:

CTI is located in Scott County, TN and is a certified SBA HUBZone company.

Experience:

CTI has been in continuous operation since 1999. Our employees are skilled workers and very loyal to their company. Several have been with CTI since its inception. Our turnover is very low and attendance is very high. We take great pride in the quality of product shipped to our customers.

Advisory Board:

Joe W Anderson: Joe’s management experience includes directing design, construction, and operation of energy and technology-related programs/projects. Leader or participant in the National and International Standards Development Programs developing standards for mterials, processes, equipment, practices, and procedures. He is the Executive Advisor to Performance Development Corporation. Joe is also a certified lead auditor and advises CTI on our NQA-1 Quality Program.

Guy D. Griswold: Guy has over 40 years experience in project and construction management, engineering design and administration of major construction projects. His expertise includes planning, scheduling, cost control, design, construction inspection, quality assurance, environmental control, and project financing. Guy advises CTI on expanding our product offering for the nuclear industry.

John W. Wagoner: John is retired SES Manager of the DOE-Hanford Site, Deputy Manager of the Savannah River Site, and Director of Clinch River Project in Oak Ridge. He had 10 years with the Naval Reactors division of the AEC in HQ and Director of Contracts of Schenectady Naval Reactors at the Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory. A total of over 40 years experience in the energy field. John is also a principal with BGITM. He advises CTI in developing new business opportunities, products, and overall strategy.

CTI is very fortunate and proud to have the experience and expertise of these three highly respected gentlemen as advisors to our company. It reinforces that CTI is serious about making certain we fully understand the needs of our customers.

Facilities/Location:

CTI operates in an up to date 66,000 sq.ft. facility. It was built for our specific needs and is ideally suited for efficient operation. A 60ft. x 20ft. blast booth is attached to the main plant. We are only 19 miles from I-75N and 60 miles from I-40. CTI has the capacity to fabricate not only large containers, but high volumes as well. CTI has delivered to locations in the U.S., Canada, Hawaii, and other international locations.

Grit Blasting: CTI can grit blast items up to 18’ wide and 50’ long.
