Container Technologies Industries, LLC has modern, fully equipped manufacturing and testing facilities to meet most style steel container design requirements. CTI operations complies with all OSHA and E.P.A. requirements.

Production Floor	Design Testing

• Plant: High quality, modern plant with a 78,000 sq. ft. manufacturing floor. Access to additional space will support expanded capacity needs.
• Testing: CTI has on site, container free-drop test pad for meeting 49CFR-173.465 (c)(1) For normal conditions of transport or (2) for fissile qualified container standards. CTI's hydraulic compression equipment is capable of meeting 49CFR-173.465(d) stacking test standards for container certification and can deliver up to 7,068 lbs. of stable, constant pressure per square foot in continuous increments. In addition, CTI has equipment and facilities to conduct vibration testing, ambient pressure tests, penetration tests and water spray tests.
  
• Capacity: CTI has the plant and equipment in place to produce well over one thousand containers per month in multi shift production. Current plant modifications will help assure that our clients are serviced for any future container requirement.
  
• Availability of Labor: CTI is located in a high unemployment area, with nearby Tennessee Technology Center graduating certified welders and other related technologies each year. This assures us of an abundant supply of well-qualified employees.
